Tender description

Self-payment kiosks have been installed in Christchurch and Poole Council Hubs and are used for accepting payments for a number of different services (Countil tax, rent, Business rates etc). The kiosks allow residents to make payments through cash or card and provide a receipt for all transactions. The kiosks have been payed for outright through a previous contract with supplier Cammax Limited (DN519553). The kiosks will require specialist support and maintenance to ensure the downtime is kept to a minimum and ensure that software is kept up to date.
