Tender description
West Lancashire Borough Council is seeking to work with a consultant to develop and improve existing bid documents for round 3 of the Levelling up funding to secure the success of our bid submission. This opportunity is ONLY open to eligible suppliers on CCS framework RM6187 MCF3 Lot 2 Policy and Strategy who responded to the Expression of Interest.
