Tender description

LLA are seeking a supplier to provide three vehicle mounted bird dispersal and data logging systems, two of which will include tablet PC's and one system without tablet PC which will act as a backup unit. The package should also include all wiring, mountain hardware and security cradle for the tablets. Please note LLA may require additional tablet PC's in the future, opt for the three systems to include tablet PC's or require additional tablet PC's in the future. Please submit your pricing for this in the optional extra's section of the Pricing Schedule. This will be a 5-year contract, with a minimum warranty period of 3 years plus an option for 2 year extension. Additional information: Prospective contractors must be able to demonstrate previous experience of similar work and be prepared to provide references.
