SCHOOLS CONNECT PROGRAMME. Please find below the details of the program and for further clarity please refer to clause 7 (Specification).<br />Introduction<br /><br />The Schools Connect Programme is designed to respond to demand from Pakistan for connection to UK expertise on key educational themes and facilitating these connections through policy dialogue, advocacy and technical assistance.<br /><br />Schools Connect Programme will provide an opportunity to learn and share from successful school systems from around the world to improve quality domestically while enabling schools to internationalise their curriculum to support young people to become globally aware and competent.<br />The Schools Connect Programme is designed to support young people in the UK and Pakistan to gain knowledge and skills to contribute to global society. We do this by engaging senior educators, leaders and policymakers to strengthen quality and inclusion in schools and building long-term connections with the UK.<br /><br />Objective:<br />The Schools Connect Programme aims to bring about school system development and reform for quality and inclusion.<br />Impact:<br />To support inclusive and quality education for all learners, including for girls and marginalised children, and enhance the professional knowledge of school sector policy makers and leaders.<br />Approach: <br />The Schools Connect Programme will be delivered directly in collaboration with government and private sector and implementing partners using face-to-face, blended and digital delivery models as required. The project aims to engage with top tiers of the school sector - policy makers and school leaders (Principals and senior administrators) with an option of cascading the programme through government and private sector resources. British Council validated trainer and researcher pools will be engaged to offer oversight and technical expertise and to support project activities.<br />Our signature training approach is grounded in coaching, mentoring and reflective learning. We focus on developing the ability of school leaders to deliver improved learning outcomes and implement their school development plans, with a focus on internationalising their school.<br /><br />
