Tender description

The Economic Operator shall provide an Architect led Integrated Design Team (IDT) with the following services: The IDT shall include the DTM disciplines of Architect, Mechanical Services Engineer, Electrical Services Engineer, Civil & Structural Engineer, Landscape Architect, Principal Designer and Sustainability Consultant and shall also include, but is not limited to...(Building Envelope & Façade Engineer, Traffic Engineer, Energy Engineer, Environmental Scientist, Planning Consultant, Conservation Consultant, Fire Engineer, BIM / Digital Information Services). Lot 1: It is anticipated that the 5 Economic Operators that satisfy the completeness and compliance checks; the criteria for the rejection of Economic Operators; the information as to economic and financial standing; and who achieve the highest scores in the technical or professional ability evaluation process, shall be short-listed and invited to submit tenders. It can be accessed at the following link: https://www.finance-ni.gov.uk/publications/ppn-0421-procurement-control-limits This Contract will be awarded on the basis of the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT) assessed from the point of view of the Contracting Authority. The MEAT will be identified on the basis of the best price/quality ratio. As part of the Tender ITT stage MEAT evaluation, the shortlisted Economic Operator’s will be invited to submit an Architectural Concept Design where this will be assessed by an Evaluation Panel. Shortlisted candidates will be paid a set fee honoraria for the Concept Design work undertaken.
