The Council’s requirement under this Contract is for the provision of insurance and ancillary services including Claims Handling . The tender is split into 8 Lots as shown below. Contract Description Insurance ServicesLot 1 Main Property CombinedLot 2 Commercial and Industrial PropertyLot 3 Leasehold Right to Buy PropertyLot 4 Combined LiabilityLot 5 Motor Fleet and MinibusLot 6 Group Personal Accident and TravelLot 7 Engineering Inspection and InsuranceLot 8 Package Lot comprising Lots 1,4 and 5 Lot 1: Main Property Combined This Section incorporates the following classes of business: Property (General Properties)BuildingsContents Housing PropertiesBuildingsAssociated Garages Voluntary Aided PropertiesBuildingsContents Education CentresBuildingsContents Kerneos Bridge Portable BuildingsBuildingsContents Business Interruption Increase in Cost of WorkingGross Revenue Specified All RisksComputersWorks in ProgressMoney Lot 2: Commercial and Industrial Property Buildings owned by the Policyholder or for which they are responsible for renting or leasing to tenants for Industrial and Commercial use and including Landlords Contents. Buildings shall also incorporate land, roads, culverts, excavations and is extended to include Accidental Damage.The definition of Property also includes Tenants Improvements and property in the open to the extent of the Policyholder’s responsibility Lot 3: Leasehold Right to Buy Leasehold Properties comprising of leasehold private, maisonettes and flats owned by the Policyholder or for which they are responsible including contents of the common parts of communal housing properties.Buildings shall also incorporate land, roads, culverts, excavations and is extended to include Accidental DamageThe definition of Property also includes Tenants / Leaseholder Improvements and property in the open to the extent of the Policyholder’s responsibility Lot 4: Combined Liability This Lot incorporates the following classes of business: Employers Liability Public and Products Liability  Officials Indemnity Land Charges Libel and Slander Professional Indemnity Fidelity Guarantee Hirers Liability Public Health Act Lot 5: Motor Fleet This Section incorporates the following classes of business: Motor Fleet Specified Minibuses Lot 6: Personal Accident and Travel This Section incorporates the following classes of business: Group Personal Accident Business Travel Lot 7: Engineering Insurance and Inspection This Section incorporates the following classes of business: Engineering Insurance Engineering Inspection Lot 8: Package Lot The Council will consider a Package Lot comprising the "Package" of the following Lots:-Lot 1 – Property CombinedLot 4 – Combined LiabilityLot 5 – Motor Fleet
