Tender description

The University is seeking to appoint a Contractor to provide external refurbishment works to the George Kenyon Building Project. The University will shortly be issuing documentation for a further competition exercise through the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Framework Agreement RM6088 Construction Works and associated Services. The further competition will be held under Lot 2.1 Construction Works £3 - £10 million England North.<br />Please see attached documentation on In-Tend for the Project Overview which contains a summary of the project information.<br />This Brief has been issued by the University to all suppliers on the relevant framework lot as the initial stage of the further competition process. <br />The purpose of this Brief is to only issue the further competition documentation to those suppliers who are interested in the opportunity, meet the criteria as detailed in the Expression of Interest Documentation, have the capacity and resource to bid within the time constraints listed and to ultimately undertake the project/commission. <br />
