Commercial Lift Servicing

Tender description

Trivallis are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to undertake commercial lift servicing, at Trivallis’ owned properties within the Rhondda Cynon Taff county borough. The key function of the contract is to ensure all lifts are serviced at least within six-month intervals, ensuring all servicing is completed prior to its previous service expiry date, ensuring 100% compliance. The works will be carried out at properties owned by Trivallis, situated in the geographical area of the Rhondda Cynon Taff. Works will be split into 2 regional lots. Bidders will be eligible to bid for both regional lots, but may only be successful on one lot. This tender exercise is intended to assist Trivallis in selecting two suitable partners, to deliver the required works and services.
