The British Council is seeking to understand capabilities within the market for delivery of anew cloud based Planning and Analysis Tool, which is expected to be the enabler for theFP&A Target Operating Model (TOM) and redesigned FP&A processes. The aim is toprovide better and deeper access to information, and greater efficiency in FP&A processesthrough workflow, automation and automatic consolidation. The tool will be used forplanning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis and reporting. This PIN will inform our businesscase and requirements for a tender.
