Tender description

The MOD has a requirement for the provision of the fleet management services for white fleet vehicles used to support defence purposes in UK and Overseas (hereby referred to as ‘Phoenix III’ contract). The White Fleet consists of both lease and rental, and covers various type vehicles: passenger car, minibus, coach, light van, light and heavy cargo (including trailers). It includes modified vehicles such as those used by defence police, security and medical services in UK and Overseas. The Fleet Management Services include - but are not limited to - vehicle sourcing via Crown Commercial Services (CCS) frameworks (unless better value from alternative sources can be demonstrated), Service, Maintenance and Repair (SMR), MOT, accident management. As part of Fleet Management Services, there is a requirement for the provision of a Fleet Management Information System (FMIS) to allow MOD users to book rental and lease vehicles as well as provide the MOD with access to information regarding the operation of their fleet through an online management system.
