Tender description

The Consultant shall provide the services and deliver the following deliverables to the ACT Programme<br />Conduct Outcome Harvesting – support ACT team to review, collate and finalize evidence of change and ACT’s contribution to the change:<br />• Initial briefing / meeting with the ACT team to clarify required activities and agree on expected deliverables in relation to the outcome harvesting.<br />• Review existing data already generated by ACT Programme team during internal outcome mapping process to develop final set of programme outcomes <br />• If need be, engage and reflect with identified informants to review the draft outcome descriptions, and identify and collect additional information, if and where necessary<br />• Substantiate and verify the outcomes to review the outcome descriptions and select a sample to verify to increase the accuracy and credibility of the findings.<br />• Analyse and interpret the outcomes information to answer the harvesting questions.<br />• Support the use of the findings including through appropriate documentation process (e.g., Writeshop session and other planned dissemination session).<br />• Participate in debriefing meeting / after action review to reflect on the conduct of the outcome harvesting<br />
