<br />The British Council requires a company that will manage pension for it's employees based in Botswana. <br /><br />• The British Council will be contributing a percentage of the employees’ salary to the pension scheme, the employees will also be contributing a percentage of their income to the pension scheme. <br />• The British Council requires a competent and skilled organisation that can manage the pensions of the employees. <br />• It is expected that the provider will communicate regularly with employees, explain clearly the goals and performance of the scheme, will notify the employees who are reaching pensionable age of their various <br /> options. <br />• It is expected that the pension provider will clearly explain their investment strategy and the risks involved with the strategy. <br />
