Recruitment Support to Senior Roles within Northumbria Healthcare Facilities Management

Hello, we need and require some external support in terms of candidate search and selection to try and recruit into a number of substantive posts. Ideally, we would like to engage a single recruiter who can genuinely partner with NHFM on this assignment – we have tried to recruit into some of these roles for months without success. The recruiter will need to make some approaches to individuals to persuade them to come forward and consider the opportunity. We have no preference over which firm we engage, provided they have a good knowledge of the North East Recruitment Market and have specialists working in the Estates/Facilities/Capital arena. The roles (not exhaustive) we are thinking about probably include: • Deputy Director Capital - Band 8d • Head of Capital 8c • Senior Project Manager, 8a • Capital Project Manager, 7 • General Manager, Manufacturing Hub 8c • Estates & Facilities Manager, NSECH, 8a This is an initial request for information on your ability to recruit to the roles, showing how you propose to undertake the process and to include some indicative pricing.
