Pre-Market Engagement for the Provision of Rostering, Scheduling and Monitoring System

Leicester City Council are commencing a formal process to obtain market intelligence on offerings in the market on both commercial off-the-shelf solutions as well as any build offerings in the MS Power platform (or alternate) in relation to an electronic rostering solution for a home care provider based across the Leicester area for our Reablement and Integrated Crisis Response Service (ICRS). This solution will primarily be used for the • Scheduling of care visits, • Allocating Care tasks • Receiving feedback • Escalation of issues • Track and Manage Mileage • Store Service User's Data, medical history and care needs • Plan, cancel and amend visits in real time • Amend and track the rota of 120 staff in the community It is hoped to have a solution which can be tailored to the individual needs of the two sister services while maintaining staff and persons safety.
