Contract award notice for a short term interim contract for online school payment and cashless catering This is the Contract Award Notice for online school payments and cashless catering interim contract. The Council currently has a contract with ParentPay Limited for online payments and cashless catering and the is due to expire in April 2024. The Council is currently undertaking an open tender procurement exercise, the outcome of which is anticipated to be taken to the Finance, Resources and Customer Service Policy Board in November 2024 for approval. To ensure the process is fair and transparent and to allow for a mobilisation period if there is a change of service provider, a short term interim contract has been agreed with the incumbent service provider, ParentPay Limited.
