Concessionary Catering Scariff Community College Lot 1: Concessionary Catering Scariff Community College The Contracting Authority reserves the right at its sole discretion to extend the contract, subject to. satisfactory performance, business needs and budgetary constraints. The number and duration of extensions will be a period of one (1). year with three (3) such extensions allowable.. Should Capital expenditure be deemed necessary at the commencement of this contract. there may be a further extension duration considered subject to satisfactory performance, business needs and budgetary constraints. This additional extension will be for a period of one (1) year with two (2) such extensions allowed. Bringing the potential total contract. duration to seven (7) year
