University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay is contracting for an inclusive grounds and gardens maintenance service to maintain and enhance the appearance of the sites. Lot 1: Lot 1 - Grounds and garden maintenance at Royal Lancaster Infirmary, Ashton Road, Lancaster, LA1 4RP Lot 2: Lot 2 - Grounds and gardens maintenance for Furness General Hospital, Dalton Lane, Barrow-in-Furness, LA14 4LF Lot 3: Lot 3 - Grounds and garden maintenance for Westmorland General Hospital, Burton Road, Kendal, LA9 7RG, including Kinta House, Helme Close, Burton Road, Kendal, LA9 7HY Lot 4: Lot 4 is an 'all lot' and is for all the above sites. If you wish to bid for Lot 4, then you must submit pricing for the separate lots 1, 2, and 3.
