Tender description

Framework for the provision of professional design and management services to support the delivery of Northern Trains Limited's programme of capital and maintenance works. During its term this Framework may be utilised by Network Rail Limited and other DfT OLR Holding's Limited Train Operating Company (TOC) subsidiary companies i.e. London North Eastern Railway (LNER), SE Trains Limited (SET), plus any other TOC's that join DOHL during the initial term of the Framework and subsequent extension. Lot 1: Lead Designer & Principal Designer Support Services The type of Work Packages that may be commissioned via the Framework will typically comprise but are not limited to the following - Lead Designer Consultant Services, Principal Designer Consultant Services Surveying, including Specialist Surveys, Architectural Support Services, Feasibility and Design Services and Specialist Advice. Lot 2: Project Management Services The type of Work Packages that may be commissioned via the Framework will typically comprise but are not limited to the following - Quality Assurance Services, Cost Management, Contract Administration Services and Quantity Surveyor Services.
