NHS England is seeking to commission a partner to establish a proof-of-concept Flexible Working project. This development programme will raise capability to enable NHS senior leaders at organisational level (trusts and systems) to effectively sponsor, lead, influence and make key decisions on flexible working at their organisation. This will provide each organisation with a framework to establish flexible working, and individuals with the capability, resources and tools to embed a flexible working culture. A full description of the requirement can be found in the ITQ document once suppliers have registered their interest. Please note: the budget for this work is £65,000 exclusive of VAT.
