Tender description

The Inis Oirr Harbour Development : which has been previously designed and was the subject of a successful planning application in 2007 (Ref PL 07.EF2023). The planning application drawings and associated EIS together with the Planning approval are all available and are included with this documentation. An up to date Bathymetric survey and supplementary Ground Investigation reports are also available and are included with this documentation.This preliminary design which was the basis for the planning application, together with the associated drawings , EIS and planning permission and conditions now form the basis and qualifying criteria for the development of the detailed design for the pier in Inis Oirr. It is this detailed design and subsequent development of the construction contract documentation and the management of the construction phase of the project through to close out, that is the subject of services now required by Galway County Council Lot 1: The Inis Oirr Harbour Development : which has been previously designed and was the subject of a successful planning application in 2007 (Ref PL 07.EF2023).
