Tender description
We are seeking proposals from qualified organisations to develop an Energy Demand Estimation Tool. The objective of this tool is to accurately estimate the energy demand of various technologies in kWh. The tool will be used by a Low Carbon Specialist Advisor to calculate the energy saving and carbon reduction associated with a particular energy efficiency measure. We envisage the tool will be in Microsoft Excel format and be capable of estimating energy demand for technologies and solutions covering scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions. The tool will be used by a Low Carbon Specialist Advisor to provide support to SMEs as part of the UKSPF Low Carbon project.
