Tender description
Oxford Direct Services are looking to appoint 2 suppliers to provide Dog Kenneling services for stray dogs collected by the dog warden. ODS intends to award a contract to a tier 1 supplier and tier 2 supplier where the tier 1 will be used in the first instance for dog kenneling services and tier 2 will be used in an emergency where tier 1 does not have capacity to undertake the services.
