Contract Management Software System and Associated Services

Tender description

The Procurement Office at UCC are looking to implement a modern, cloud-hosted, and secure Contract Management System (CMS) to support the office in their day-to-day operations and Category-Management orientated procurement. The main objective of this new solution is to provide real-time digital intelligence to UCC management on supplier contracts and spend. The application must support an efficient procurement service delivery by providing reporting analysis and live dashboards for tailored profiles, to enable effective management decisions and project allocation. The solution will need to migrate existing data held in spreadsheets and shared drive folders to the new system. The solution will remove, as much as possible, the future use of manual spreadsheets for data capturing and the reporting of contract information. UCC seeks solutions that can provide functionality for the following 3 areas: 1. Contract Management (Section A1 of the specification) 2. Spend Analysis (Section A2) 3. Tender Management (Section A3 - optional functionality)
