Contract Award for Putnoe Walk-in Centre and Putnoe Medical Centre in Bedford

Tender description

This is a voluntary ex ante transparency notice to notify of Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes Integrated Care Board's (BLMK ICB) intention to extend the Contracts for both Putnoe Walk-in Centre and Putnoe Medical Centre in Bedford, for a period of 2 years from 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2026. This is to align with timelines set out in the BLMK strategy for commissioning same day and urgent primary care services. Lot 1: The two contracts due to be extended are individual contracts but carry interdependencies for the current provider. The estimated contract value for Putnoe Walk-in Centre is £1.5m per year and the annual baseline contract value for 2023-24 for Putnoe Medical Centre is £2,000,672. Therefore, the total combined contract value for both contracts is circa £7,000,000 for the two year extension.<br/><br/>Please note that this is not a Tender opportunity, and that the contracting authority intends to direct award the contract.
