Childrens Services Transformation Review

Tender description

The requirement is for a transformation review of Children's Services. The Council requires support to identify opportunities for securing cost efficiency or avoidance focusing on the following issues: • Supply Management: whether the Council has sufficient management oversight and control of the cost of support provided to children and families during the full end to end service lifecycle • Sufficiency: How value for money can be improved when placing children in accommodation and the extent to which current plans to secure better value are achievable • Service Optimisation and Transformation: whether the Council is deploying the right operating model (whether staff are doing the right things, strategically) for the delivery of children's social care services, and opportunities for efficiency through better service alignment and transformation.
