Carlingford Lough Greenway – Section 3 (A project supported by the European Union’s INTERREG VA Programme, managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB) and the Department of Infrastructure, Greenways Capital Fund.) Experienced and competent Contractors are hereby invited to tender for the delivery of the ‘Carlingford Lough Greenway – Section 3’, under the terms of the NEC4 ECC Option A (Develop and Construct). The tender will be in two stages – a PQQ Stage to form a Restricted List of 6 suppliers, followed by an ITT Stage to appoint a preferred bidder. Contractors who wish to be considered for inclusion on the Restricted List for this project located in the Newry, Mourne and Down District Council (NMDDC) area should complete the PQQ documents accessible via the following link: https://www.newrymournedown.org/procurement-and-tenders All relevant information, including instructions on how to register on NMDDC’s Procurement Portal ‘MultiQuote’, can also be found through this link. The contract period is scheduled to commence in January 2024 with completion by June 2024. The estimated value of the Contract is £1.94 million excluding VAT.
