Tender description

Bell Harbour, located on the Grand Canal Barrow Line at Monasterevin Co. Kildare, consists of 4 separate harbour bays as well as accommodating the main canal line. The limestone quay walls on the south-eastern side of the harbour are in need of repair, and these works are programmed to commence in November 2023. These works will consist of the rebuilding and strengthening of the existing quay wall structure along with the replacement of the quay wall stonework that has gone missing over the decades. This this tender comprises the ‘supply only’ of cut limestone which will be used to effect the repair of the quay wall by others.
