WP3635d - Safeguarding Exploitation Training - AWARD

Tender description

Walsall Council wishes to invite applicants from suppliers for the provision of Provision of Exploitation Training for Adult Social Care Staff (L3 &L4). The duration of the contract will be for 2 years, with an option to extend for 2 x up to 12 months. This will be a one day event and it is estimated that Walsall Council will require approximately 7 events per annum, however this is subject to change. The aim of the one day event is to support staff to be aware of what exploitation is, the impact it can have, alongside an understanding of the key legislative duties and responsibilities introduced by the Care Act 2014 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
