Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council (KMBC) has a portfolio of residential properties across the borough that are used by households as temporary accommodation. KMBC is seeking to appoint a utility provider to enter into a 2–3-year contract to supply with gas and electricity via pre-payment metres with the scope to supply more properties as the portfolio expands. The purpose of this Market Engagement Exercise is to invite capable organisations that meet the requirements set out in this brief to submit an expression of interest.
