National Highways (the Client) is seeking the provision of services to undertake a task in relation to CD 109 - Highway Link Design and CD 127 Cross Sections and Headrooms The two elements of the task are: 1. Review and update the contents of CD 109. 2. Review and update the contents of CD 127. The driver for change is to ensure that National Highways meets its obligations with regard to equality, diversity and inclusion, and also meet its license obligation to review DMRB Requirements and Advice documents every 5 years. The project will both update the standards and present them to the Technical Standards Committee (TSC) ensuring they are fully signed off by TSC prior to project completion.
