Tender description
The purpose of this evaluation is to assess the efficiency, effectiveness, relevance, sustainability, and impact of the programme strategic results.<br />The evaluation will cover the entire project period from May 2019 to October 2023, and all activities planned in the project as defined by the programme description of action (DoA), including taking deliberate effort to programme approach for mainstreaming gender and social inclusion (G&SI). Apart from analysing the progress from the Programme, this exercise will also help to identify gaps and opportunities for continuing capacity strengthening support to CSOs.
