Tender description
The Mull housing development is being taken forward in the following phases: - Phase 1 – Road construction and associated site servicing – funded via the Islands Programme grant; - Phase 2 – Rural growth deal initial housing investment – will deliver the first phase of worker accommodation which is anticipated to be a 4 in a block housing unit at the Rockfield Road site which will include four 2 bed flats; - Phase 3 – Development of up to two further 4 in a block units on the Rockfield Road site (funding yet to be identified) This PIN relates to Phases 2 and 3.
