Tender description

The London Borough of Hillingdon is investing £570k to upgrade the public realm at Mulberry Parade situated in West Drayton. Mulberry Parade consists of 11 Council owned shops which are all occupied. The parade is serviced by the U5 bus route which links Uxbridge Station to Hayes & Harlington Station and is within 1.2 miles of West Drayton Station. Both ends of the parade are surrounded by residential properties ensuring high footfall. This includes over 1000 residential properties within the adjacent development of the former RAF West Drayton site which closed in 2008.
