Provision of Community Navigators Service for Blackpool (UK Shared Prosperity Funding)

Tender description

Blackpool Council sought to appoint a lead organisation / lead organisation with sub partners for the Provision of Community Navigators Service for Blackpool using Shared Prosperity Funding (SPF) who can demonstrate and provide as a minimum of activities/aims. Tender documentation included details of Community Navigators Outputs and Outcomes and UKSPF Indicators. Due to the short timeframe to deliver this project has a commencement target of October 23 and requiring all spending to be defrayed by end of March 2025, it is anticipated that the successful tenderer will have extensive knowledge of the local community and a framework to access the most vulnerable beneficiaries using a range of accessible locations. A formal tendering exercise was undertaken between 13th June and 28th July 2023, with the tender evaluation activity undertaken on the 1st August 2023 in order to select a provider to undertake the service for a period of up to 18 months.
