Professional Midwifery Advocate (PMA) New Training Framework

Tender description

NHS England (NHSE) as the contracting authority wish to establish a framework to deliver an online, university-led 10 day specialised academic Professional Midwifery Advocates (PMA) training programme where they would welcome bids from providers with ability to deliver those services.<br/><br/>The framework will live until 31 March 2025; however, this will be subject to additional funding being approved. The first set of call-offs will have a value of up to £300,000 and must be delivered by 31 March 2024.<br/><br/>Initially there will be up to 8 places available on the framework, with the intention of having 4 suppliers on a reserve list, should there be a need for additional capacity in the future.<br/><br/>As the category for this contract sits within Schedule 3 of Public Contract Regulations (PCR) 2015, this procurement will be run under the Light Touch Regime.
