Places for People Group wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for a three (3) year term with the ability to extend the contract period by a further two (2) one (1) year periods at the Client’s sole discretion. Experienced suppliers are invited to submit Tenders for the framework agreement, which will encompass Planned and Responsive Works and Services as defined by the CPV codes set out in the Contract Notice. Lot 1: Scotland Experienced suppliers are invited to submit Tenders for the framework agreement, which will encompass Planned and Responsive Works and Services - Gas Servicing, Maintenance and Installations in a total of 10,402 properties across the following postcode areas: AB, EH, FK, G and IV. North Wales Experienced suppliers are invited to submit Tenders for the framework agreement, which will encompass Planned and Responsive Works and Services - Gas Servicing, Maintenance and Installations in a total of 17,393 properties across the following postcode areas: BB, BD, BL, CA, CH, CW, FY, HD, HX, L, LA, LL, M, OK, SK, ST, SY, TF, WA and WN. Lot 3: North East England Experienced suppliers are invited to submit Tenders for the framework agreement, which will encompass Planned and Responsive Works and Services - Gas Servicing, Maintenance and Installations in a total of 14,185 properties across the following postcode areas: DH, DL, DN, HG, HU, LS, NE, S, SR, TS, WF and YO. Lot 4: Central England Experienced suppliers are invited to submit Tenders for the framework agreement, which will encompass Planned and Responsive Works and Services - Gas Servicing, Maintenance and Installations in a total of 14,496 properties across the following postcode areas: B, CV, DE, DY, LE, LN, NG, NN, PE, WR, WS, WV. Lot 5: South West England inc. South Wales Experienced suppliers are invited to submit Tenders for the framework agreement, which will encompass Planned and Responsive Works and Services - Gas Servicing, Maintenance and Installations in a total of 7,577 properties across the following postcode areas: BA, BH, BS, CF, DT, EX, GL, HR, LD, NP, OX, PL, PO, RG, SO, SA, SN, SP, TA, TQ and TR. Lot 6: South East England Experienced suppliers are invited to submit Tenders for the framework agreement, which will encompass Planned and Responsive Works and Services - Gas Servicing, Maintenance and Installations in a total of 21,187 properties across the following postcode areas: AL, BN, BR, CB, CM, CO, CT, DA, E, EN, GU, HA, HP, IG, IP, KT, LU, ME, MK, N, NR, NW, PE, RH, RM, SE, SG, SL, SM, SS, SW, TN, TW, UB and W.
