Oldham Council is seeking to commission a flexible service to support vulnerable young people to participate and make choices around their future career paths and to be prepared for adulthood. The commissioned service will work with targeted groups to encourage them to become empowered to make informed choices, raise aspirations and ensure children and young people fulfil their full potential. The successful provider will work proactively with schools, partners and young people to intervene early and reduce likelihood of young people who are not in education, employment or training (NEET).
