Tender description
This tender is for the appointment of a Media Strategy agency/ agencies. As Waterways Ireland works in two jurisdictions, it is important that the agency/ agencies have experience across Ireland and Northern Ireland in national and local/ regional media (due to the geographic footprint of each of our waterways and their respective target audiences). The specialist Media agency/ agencies will partner with Waterways Ireland to complete work on (Lot 1) an omni-channel media strategy aimed at the public (Lot 2) a social media strategy aimed at specific audiences, stakeholders, and interest groups. A “bottom-up” / “zero-based budgeting” expert approach is required to substantiate funding applications. Tenderers may apply for one or both Lots depending on their meeting the applicable threshold(s) for the relevant selection and award criteria.
