Tender description

This is a market testing exercise to gauge interest in the opportunity, understand potential suppliers in the marketplace and possible routes to market. Suppliers are invited to review and respond to the document provided with this opportunity. We are looking to appoint a financial modelling delivery partner to provide capability and capacity in support of the Finance team on a multi year contract. Key aspects of this financial modelling will underpin the development and refresh of the medium-term financial strategy, including the capital strategy and in support of the council wide transformation programme. We are seeking external support to work alongside the council in developing and delivering robust financial modelling. The council has large and complex challenges, and we require expertise in support of improving outcomes for our residents and contribute to our financial sustainability.
