The Central Statistics Office (CSO) is considering going to tender for the provision of a Census Processing System capable of processing both hand-written and digitally submitted Census of Population 2027 forms. The purpose of this market soundings exercise is to identify suitable products, suppliers, consortia, resellers etc. who would be interested in such a tender process. The objective is to get a clear understanding of the latest solutions, services, products and features in this market that will meet the business requirements of the CSO. This exercise is a request for information (“RFI”) only. This is not a call for competition.
