Market Engagement: Provision of a Home from Hospital Service on behalf of South West London Integrated Care Board

NHS South West London Integrated Care Board (ICB) is currently developing their service specification and contracting process for the Provision of a Home from Hospital Service in the London Borough of Croydon. The aim of the service is to provide an enhanced Home from Hospital Service to Croydon University Hospital patients, Croydon residents and also residents being repatriated into the system from out of borough hospitals, who are 18+ with the ability to reable at home. This Market Engagement Questionnaire seeks the views and opinions of stakeholders and organisations that may be interested in delivering the Service. This exercise and any subsequent responses are in no way legally binding on any party. Participation in the engagement exercise is not a mandatory requirement for participating in any potential future procurement; however, responses received will assist to inform the Contracting Authority as to the level of interest from the market.
