Energy Saving Trust is seeking to subscribe to a customised social media management tool that will meet our needs. Energy Saving Trust owns 33 social media accounts across various channels. To manage all the accounts effectively, we need a powerful social media management tool. As our social media presence continues to grow, we would like to evaluate tools available in the market and select the best tool that is in line with our budget and can empower us to achieve our marketing goals. The Supplier is required to provide use of social media management platform and its tools, including scheduling, community management, reporting, social listening (where applicable) including appropriate value added services.
