Provision to supply Methylated Sprits, Buffered Formalin, Xylene, Isopropyl Alcohol & pre-filled Formalin Containers chemicals to three sites and empty 10,000L Formalin Waste Tank and one site Lot 1: We are looking for a supplier who can deliver chemicals to two possibly three of our sites, collect waste product and also empty a 10,000 litre Waste Formalin Tank on our Hull site as per the details below.<br/><br/>The chemicals we require are:<br/><br/>5 Litres -Industrial Methylated Spirits IMS 99% (IDA), anticipated quantities are 960 to Hull and 528 to York<br/><br/>5 Litres- Industrial Methylated Spirits IMS95% (IDA),<br/>anticipated quantities are 24 to York<br/><br/>5 Litres - 10% Buffered Formalin, anticipated quantities are 1200 to Hull and 316 to York<br/><br/>5 Litres - Xylene, anticipated quantities are 720 to Hull and 504 to York<br/><br/>5 Litres - Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) , anticipated quantities are 100 to Hull and 48 to York<br/><br/>60ml - Pre-filled Formalin Containers- box 100, anticipated quantities are 144 to York<br/><br/>The delivery schedule for these products would be once a month to Hull and twice a month to York<br/><br/>Waste collection would be once a month from Hull and twice a month from York<br/><br/>The 10,000 Litre Waste Formalin Tank in Hull will require emptying on a quarterly basis.
