Tender description

Provision of garden care service within East Ayrshire. Also including arbo/tree works and any other ad-hoc services relating to grounds maintenance. Lot 1: Garden Care/Voids/Housing Options East Ayrshire Council has a requirement to provide Garden Care, Arboricultural Services and ad-hoc works across the Council area. This framework will incorporate three previous contracts into one framework and will be split into lots as follows: Lot 1 – Garden Care/ Voids/Housing Options (2 providers) Lot 2 – Arboricultural Services (9 providers – 3 per sub lot) 2A – General 2B – Power Lines 2C – Railway Lot 3 – Ad-Hoc Works (3 providers) Lot 2: Arboricultural Services East Ayrshire Council has a requirement to provide Garden Care, Arboricultural Services and ad-hoc works across the Council area. This lot will provide arbo services split into three sub lots: general, power lines and railway. Lot 3: Ad-Hoc Works East Ayrshire Council has a requirement to provide Garden Care, Arboricultural Services and ad-hoc works across the Council area. This lot will cover any ad-hoc works required by the Greener Communities team which are not covered under the first two lots.
