Swansea Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified consultant to carry out an independent and comprehensive feasibility study. This study will identify and quantify the needs of Swansea Council, local businesses, enterprises, organisations, residents of, and visitors to Caswell Bay in Swansea, in relation to the development of the destination through modernisation, improvement and investment.
