CONSTRUCTION PROJECT AT CIRCULAR ROAD, COLERAINE.

Tender description

The proposed construction works contract is for a residential development of 26no. social housing units on lands situated at 11-13 Circular Road, Coleraine, BT52 1QS. Development includes 26no. CAT 1 apartments of which there will be 2no. 2-person, 1-bedroom wheelchair apartments, associated siteworks and drainage, roadways, footways and street lighting. A planning application has been submitted for the construction of 26no. homes for social rent. It is expected ALL social housing units built under this contract will achieve Secured by Design and Lifetime Homes accreditation and will also achieve EPC Rating ‘A’. The contract will be for approximately 24 months from date of award and is scheduled to start by March 2024.
