Tender description

The start on site date for the works, subject to receiving an instruction early, will be on 03rd January 2023 and will be split into two phases. Phase 1 will commence in parallel to the bracketry lead in / fabrication process and will include the bulk of the works. MJS will then de-mobilise, make safe the working are and return back to site for Phase 2, which will include the bracket installation once they have been fabricated. The works will complete onsite on 27th February 2023. These works will directly inform the tender package develop for Kier and the main works. The development has been lead by the required outcomes and MJS have been selected due to their previous works to install the spandrel panel support brackets and wires, thus removing any conflicts of liability.
