Tender description

The service is for the provision of manned guarding operation at the BAS Head Office in Cambridge. Lot 1: The purpose of the contract is to provide BAS Head Office with a reliable manned guarding service. This Head Office building requires assets of high financial and scientific interest. Hence the service will be 24/7 and deter threats such as vandalism and theft. Furthermore, the service will manage out of hours access control and front of house services. Additional information: Engagement will include a Zoom meeting on a projected date of meeting 16 June 2023 10 am to 12 pm which may be subject to change. All suppliers that express an interest in this tender will receive the information that is shared at the suppler event even if unable to attend.
