<p>Maintenance of traffic signals, associated traffic control equipment and Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) throughout the borough. </p> <p>As the local highway authority, Warrington Borough Council is responsible for all aspects of traffic signal control and for ensuring the road transport network operates safely and efficiently.
