Tender description

The Council requires storage of back up tapes for all its data. This service covers the storage tapes for Disaster Recovery purposes, monthly full back-ups, and for the archiving of longer term storage back-ups. This service is provided currently for the Bournemouth infrastructure by Iron Mountain. Tapes are securely collected monthly and the Council is retrospectively billed according to the quantity.
